| Final Approval of this agreement rests with PRCA Properties Inc. The PRCA member will be notified by PRCAP in writing of approval or denial for registration into the PRCA Patch Sponsorship Program with the Sponsor Company listed above. The PRCA member will also receive a registration card which will list the member's registered sponsors. |
| Term. This Agreement shall be for an initial term commencing February 1, 2008 and will end January 31, 2009, unless terminated prior to such ending date or renegotiated and extended (or renewed) beyond such date by express written agreement of both PRCAP and Sponsor. |
